Diff Column Chart "Previous Data" legend custom text

to Google Visualization API

I am using diff Column Chart.

The issue is that for new data,

legend is correctly picked form data table.

However for old data the legend is rendered as "Previous Data"

instead of the one stated in the data table.

How can I set custom text for "Previous Data" in legend ?
