Annotation Chart: how can I disable auto-zooming/auto-scale in timeline?

Hi there,
I am using Annotation Chart that is good, but I do not like the auto-zooming in timeline.
How can I disable the feature?

Note:
 auto-zooming/auto-scale => when I shorten the time range, if the range was short enough, the timeline would be zoomed in.
