[Org Chart] collapsing a tree doesn't efficiently reduce the space taken

If you have a large org chart and collapse a sub-tree, you can end up with a large dead space. See the attached screenshot for an example.

This makes the org chart unusable for large organisations.

Same as for the other bug you've mentioned. There is no workaround I know of, but you can file a new issue here.
