Hand-drawing lines on top of a chart

I am guessing this not possible - I couldn't find anything like this.

I have just found this Google charting facility but I want to be able to add hand-drawn lines to the chart eg on a candlestick chart it would be nice to be able to draw various straight trend lines etc.
