'tooltip' role has different formatting depending on 'focusTarget'

Dear all,

I have been experimenting with 'tooltip' roles (as a workaround to the fact that FormattedValue cannot be set in a DataView).

I'm noticing that when 'focusTarget' is the default 'datum' then the role is displayed on its own with no x axis label. However, when 'focusTarget' is set to 'category' then the x axis label is displayed (although as previously mentioned, the x axis cannot have a 'tooltip' role itself) in *bold* writing.

Furthermore, it does not appear to be possible to set HTML in the 'tooltip' and only plain text is displayed.

I think the axis label in the tooltip is intentional with 'focusTarget: category'; a tooltip role for the category axis would be meaningless, as there are no tooltips for the axis values.  If you want them in the tooltips, you have to add them manually (which is the point of having custom tooltips to begin with).  I agree that the interaction between custom tooltips and category focusTarget is not what it could be, though.

You cannot set HTML in the tooltip because it is an SVG (or VML, in IE) object.
