Chart Overlays

Hi

I can't seem to get the overlays feature to work in Google Charts

Even when I copy the example "Full Page" source code from the guide (https://developers.google.com/chart/interactive/docs/overlays), it doesn't display the image on the chart.

Does anybody have any experience with this feature / ideas of how I can fix this, or any alternatives to add annotations onto the chart?
