Using Visualization API in my software?

So I understand its free for "Commercial Use" but the software im
creating, I would like to sell once its complete. I am allowed to do
this correct, with out any payments or anything?

The Chart Tool APIs are available free-of-charge for commercial use (i.e. you can charge for products that include usage of the API).
