Link Microsoft access data to be visualized via google charts

Hi all,

I am trying to show an online graph with some data on my webpage, I am using Microsoft access to store values. I need to link the data from Microsoft Access to Google charts. Is it possible? If yes, is there a script or a specific configuration I need to establish to reach this point?
