Uncaught Error: Google Charts loader.js can only be loaded once. how to fix this

just i pasted this script  only.i am getting issue Uncaught Error: Google Charts loader.js can only be loaded once. how to fix this.

You should only be getting the message "Google Charts loader.js can only be loaded once." if you are in fact loading it more than once.  That doesn't mean you are calling google.charts.load() more than once, which you CAN do.  So look into why the loader.js file is being loaded more than once.
