graphiz VML ?

Hello,

 

I'm new to this group, and trying to use some automation to generate graphic stuff -relationships between hundreds of objects.

 

I'm able to generate a ".dot" file (not to be confused with some other format for documents...) with my flow, which it seems can be turned into a vector format with extension vml through a tool named "graphiz". Not being an expert I have no clue wether this is good enough, I tried to generate a picture from it without success so far. It was OK on a simple case with the ".dot" one -but complex cases cant be correctly displayed without vector. And I'm not 100% confident that the format generated is correct.

 

Anyone has a bit of experience to confirm if this tool output correct VML or not ?
