Where is the documentation (Serious)

The list of 'Guides' is HUGE and seems to be filled with a lot of basic examples.

The Guides area is great to get started on a basic chart, but I want to do some customisation that should be easy, but I can't find the steps for it anywhere.

How to I remove labels?

I just want to have bar chart with no labels over a slider that appears below the bar charts x axis that also has no labels. 

Is there a resource similar to Highcharts documentation hidden away somewhere?
