Urgent problem with the QR Chart

How do we replace the chart.googleapis.com/chart?chs=250x250&cht=qr&chl=58539 with the new API ?

This isn't a Google Visualization API question; the QR codes you're using are supplied by the (seven years deprecated) Google Image Charts API.
