Query-Issue: Duration

Hi everybody,

I'm preparing a spreadsheet for our small film archive with the need to sort by different variables like title, country that are incluced as variables. The basic table comes via importrange.
 

=Query('Test'!A1:D;"select A,B,C,D where A <> '' and A contains """&B1&""" and B contains """&B2&""" and C contains """&B3&""" ")

This works pretty fine unless it comes up for duration in D, which is formated as 00:mm:ss (or at least readable) and the column is formated like that.
In cell B4, I have the same format (00:mm:ss).

and D format 00:mm:ss > """&B4&"""

I also did some variations on the brackets (D format 00:mm:ss) or changing the format ##:##:## and leaving it blank doesn't work, too.

where (D > """&B4&""")
