Outlines of Numbers Appearing In My Google Chart

I have a Google Presentation that links a chart that I created in Google Sheets. Outlines of numbers are appearing across my chart, that don't appear to tie back to any of my data. See attached - outline of "199" is in the orange columns. Thoughts?
