I'm using the Gauge Visualization and it works great on desktop
browsers (Safari, Firefox etc.) but when accessed from Mobile Safari
or the browser on an Android device it doesn't render correctly.

My first reaction was that it may be relying on flash components which
is why it is not working on them mobile devices but from what I can
tell it's only using SVG. SVG is supported on the iPhone.

Any tricks to getting these visualizations working on mobile device
web browsers?

thanks!

There appears to be a bug with the iPhone and the Gauge.  We're looking into it.

Any progress on getting the Google Gauge Visualization to work on
Android Devices.
I'm running Froyo on a Droid and I still can't show off my work!

Hi Catherine,

The Gauge chart depends on HTML wrapped around SVG (or possibly canvas), so the HTML is probably the reason this fails on mobile platforms, unless you are using a web page.  We don't have any plans at this time to update the Gauge chart, but I expect we will eventually rewrite it in a very different way with more generality and better integration with the rest of the charts.

Thanks very much for your reply.  It works very nicely on the desktop machines, so I'll work around it.
