Charts not displaying or loading on mobile

Does the Chart API not work on Mobile?

I think it depends on what device.you're using. I never managed to view the charts on my old Samsung Galaxy S3 (2012) phone, but they worked on anything later than at least the S6 (2015). I can't view any of the charts on my old Asus TF201 tablet (2011) either.

I don't know why. CPU, memory, OS version, browser capability?
