Showing both legend and label on Pie Chart

I have a requirement to display both Labels as well as Legend for a Pie Chart. Labels connected by line should display % values, while legend should show actuals.

Is it possible to achieve this using Google Pie Chart? (I understand we can set 'legend': { 'position': 'labeled' } to show labels, but not sure how to show both).

We don't have a way to show both now, sorry.  At best, you would have to overlay two charts, but I don't know if all the details would work as expected.
