Motion Charts Time Scale

Hi.

I am trying to use motion charts to show the results of a scientific experiment. The time scale for this experiment spans a period of a few hours, much shorter time scale than in examples and demos of motion charts. The documentation doesn't say it won't work but I haven't been able to make it work.

Is there a way to do it?
