Draw line parallel to X axis i.e. Y = 2

Hey there,

I need help with Google chart where I want to draw line parallel to X direction.

I got one in line chart but same method doesn't work with Bar chart and Area chart. Please find attached screen shot for the same

Any help will be appreciated.
