GeoChart - Update for Provinces of Indonesia

Hi Team,

The Republic of Indonesia has updated it's provinces from 33 to 34 (including a capital district, an autonomous province and a special region) since 2012. Until now, GeoChart still display old 33 provinces and have not added a new area of Kalimantan Utara (North Kalimantan) which is split from Kalimantan Timur (East Kalimantan) on the northern area. Provinces map is already recognized by ISO_3166-2:ID.
Please immediately apply this addition into the visualization for better data and future developments.

The area of Maluku (province) and Papua Barat (West Papua) has not marked if the region text on dataset has filled by that names. But it will worked with ID-MA for Maluku and ID-PB for Papua Barat, according on ISO_3166-2:ID.
