Changing Axis Scale in Motion Chart

We want to change the scale of the x axis and y axis on the motion
chart. At first, we thought the initial state settings could be used
but we still have not been able to successfully change the axes
scale.
Has anyone changed the x axis and/or y axis on a motion chart? If so,
please share how you coded to create the change in axis scale.
