Some rows of Gantt chart not properly displaying

I'm making a react application to create gantt charts for my organization. Starting today, I've noticed that when adding new rows to charts the chart will correctly add a new row, but the row won't display right - there will be no label and no fill for the gantt bar. Continuing to add rows will sometimes result in a previously invisible row displaying correctly, but the total number of correctly displayed rows does not seem to ever change. Refreshing the page does not seem to help. I've attached an image that shows what I'm talking about. Anyone have any idea why these rows aren't displaying correctly?
