How can I use Timeline Chart in Sheets ( I can not insert type)

I saw the google timeline chart on google developers 

but I like to use that not as javascript in a webpage but as an embedded chart in google sheet, how can I do that? 

or if not possible, how can I make a html file that will automatically read the data from my google sheet

I'm not sure if it is possible to add a timeline to a spreadsheet if it is not supported by the chart editor in sheets.
