Calendar chart, localisation incomplete

I'm using the calendar chart with a "de" locale, and there are two things I've noticed:

1. While the month names are translated correctly, the first letters of the day of the week are not. They should be "S M D M D F S".
2. Since monday is considered the first day of the week, the days should actually be "M D M D F S S", and monday should be the top row in the calendar.

There is a calendar.daysOfWeek option that you can use to specify the letters you want.  

Would be good if this could be done automatically via i18n/l10n.

Interesting, I must have overlooked this.

But there's no way to make monday the first day of the week, right?

I don't see a way to make monday be the first day of the week.  Would be a good option.
