Google Timeline Chart - not working on smaller devices

I have a timeline that spans one year. It works on a desktop but not on a smaller screen. I tried it on an iPad and on iPhone. When I researched this issue, I found that one thought was to increase the width of the timeline. I did that and it still doesn't load. Can you tell me what this error means?
