Time Format for Bar Chart

Hi all, I am trying to just display a time format (i.e. mm:ss) in a basic bar chart - in simple terms to just track call answering times in a call centre. For the life of me I can't seem to figure out how to do it as there is no time format it seems?

For example:

Jan - 2:23
Feb - 2:41
Mar - 4:36
Apr - 3:14

Would appreciate any advice.
