Connecting with database

Hi everyone,

I am new to visualisation apis. Can any say me , how
can i connect to my postgres database , fetch my data and render my
chart?

A step by step explanation would be very handy.

there is a mapping for the servlet by name 'simpleexample' . But in the src folders, i couldnt find the source code for it. Can any one let me know where i can find the code for that servlet .

                I confess, my mistake.... Now i created a datasource of my own,.. Can you help me on how to pass my query and render the details to the charts ? ?
