Hi all,

I've had a printable report for a little while now, which uses Google Visualisation pie charts. Each chart loads find in the browser but when I try to generate a PDF containing these charts, I get the error "this.ma.parentElement is undefined". This never used to happen so I'm wondering if anything has changed recently?

I've tried this on both Chrome and IE and get the same problem. As I say, it's fine in the browser, only when I use ABC PDF to download it to PDF.

Any help much appreciated.

Hi Andy,

If you are using the jsapi loader to load Google Charts, that code was updated a couple weeks so, with a larger jump in versions because we have been doing most updates on a different server.  If this is the case for you, could you switch to using the gstatic loader, and specify version '41' or '42'.  See instructions at   https://developers.google.com/chart/interactive/docs/basic_load_libs#update-library-loader-code
