Unable to plot few regions in Google GeoChart

Hi All,

I'm facing a issue in google geo chart, when we have data for all regions of Peru, those regions are highlighted in green colour but in the same map we see that CUSCO region is white(colourless) even when data is provided for this region. Similar issue is seen for some other small regions.

We have tried reproducing the same and saw that for small regions when used displayMode as region these region doesn't get highlighted
