is google Visualization: GeoChart free to use in an paying android app

hello,

I'm building an android app based on google  Visualization: GeoChart.

The documentation I followed is https://developers.google.com/chart/interactive/docs/gallery/geochart.

My question is:

If I want to sell my android app in google play store, can I use the google  Visualization: GeoChart api  for free ?

According to the documentation I need a mapsApiKey.

If I follow the link https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/get-api-key 

it brings me to the google maps keys and not to the google Visualization keys.

It also talks about setting a billing account ?

That means its not free ?

Could someone shed some light on this ?
