Introducing a bubble chart

Hi all,

The Google Chart Tools is pleased to announce that the January 18, 2012 release also includes a new chart in the corechart package - the bubble chart. The documentation is now ready and is available here.

HI,

I have a bubble chart that has many bubbles and I want to hide the ID
text from the chart, but I want it to be visible in the tooltip.
I could not find how in the options. Anybody know?

You can set bubble: {textStyle: {color: 'none'}} in the options.

This does not seem to work.

Have there been any new development regarding either the bubble charts getting custom tooltip like most of the rest of the charts or a way to suppress the ID from being imprinted over the bubbles?
