format percentage number chartpie

Hi, I am developing a app international, but when I change language, the number format change, except percentage inner pieChart, when I change from "en" to "es", the dot should change to comma by real number's decimals.

1.Open piechart example in playground with HTML view 

2.Set language to German by adding option language: 'en' in google load, e.g.: google.load('visualization', '1', {packages: ['piechart'], language: 'en'}); 

3.Reload graph

How I can do it??

Hi, have you resolve it?
I have the same problem with an italian website.

I need to show the percent value with dot in english version and comma in italian version.
