Issue on google charts using timeline. My date is 1 month advance based on my actual date

Hi people, i have a problem, with regards to the dates in google charts using timeline. 

here is my generated records:

 dataTable.addRows([
 
 [ 'Major Crop 1', 'sub Crop 1 | Est. Yield: 23', new Date(2016, 12, 15), new Date(2016, 12, 16) ],
 [ 'Legumes', 'Asparagus Champion | Est. Yield: 200', new Date(2016, 12, 01), new Date(2016, 12, 30) ],
 [ 'Legumes', 'Asparagus Champion | Est. Yield: 500', new Date(2016, 12, 23), new Date(2017, 02, 01) ],
 [ 'Carrot', 'Rabbit Carrot | Est. Yield: 1200', new Date(2016, 12, 01), new Date(2017, 02, 22) ],
 [ 'Carrot', 'Rabbit Carrot | Est. Yield: 1000', new Date(2017, 01, 01), new Date(2017, 03, 26) ],
 ]);
 
 chart.draw(dataTable);

I have no problem with the record but the issue i want to brought out is that in my timeline, i am starting in 2017-1-15 and i end at 2017-1-16.

I guess that in my timeline it does not follow my records but it just advanced my record for 1 month. how can i solve this? thanks

there is no problem with the code, and when i'll check on my record
