exporting data from chart

hi, when i want to add a toolbar to export data from my chart there`s a part where said that in the method goolge.visualization.drawtoolbar needs the type of the export and the url where the data is because in the documentation said that i can´t pass a datatable or data view, i must get its data from a url but i don´t understand this url, is a google url if i get data with the method query or what i should to do.
