Google Tables change effects my table views when scrolled

Attached are the two tables I have. When I scroll the table on the left, you can see that the view is weird as the headers are no more visible properly and the text seems to be getting all mixed up of the header and the row. 

The table on the right is how I want it to remain even when scrolled. How can we do this?

Just as for the borders, it seems likely you have style changes that conflict with the defaults.  I can't tell much from pictures otherwise.
