Draw the last chart point to new one (added) with slide animation effect

Hi guys,

could you tell me is it possible to draw only the last point to new one (added) with slide animation effect. As a result to see smoothly drawing line between the last point and new one(added).

It's connected to Area Chart and CandleStick Chart
