Hello all
Just a quick question - I was wondering if anyone knows how to create
a bar chart with a target (goal) line using the API (if its even
possible).

You could do something like this with a combo chart (line + column), but not bar charts. The way I have gone about this in the past is to overlay an image of a line (or other marker) on the chart after it is drawn.
