Show line on a line chart as dashed

Hi All,

Does anyone know how to show a line on a line chart as dashed. I found some documentation on "chls" but could not figure out how, or even if, it would work.

I had (naively) hoped that it would be something simple under "series" such as "lineStyle: dashed", e.g.,

series: {
            0: {
                type: "line",
                curveType: "function",
                lineStyle: "dashed",
                lineWidth: 4
            },

"chls" is used for the image charts, and not the interactive charts.  If you want a dashed line in the interactive charts, you need to use the "certainty" column role: https://developers.google.com/chart/interactive/docs/roles#whatrolesavailable
