How to show exact values on Y axis?

Using 'displayExactValues' option we can show exact values on legend,
but it does not show exact values on Y-axis, it shows values like, 1
k, 1 m etc.

I assume you are referring to the AnnotatedTimeLine charts, correct? If so, then I don't believe there is any way to do what you want.
