Gantt Chart Development Project - Help needed!

Hi Guys,

I'm working on a Project management gantt chart tool. I was hoping anyone here would be interested in working with me on it. 

It will be a gantt chart Web tool, with the standard tool bar and functionalities. 

The additional features I would be looking to add would be task number/code generation of each like item, tagging input data to the gantt chart line items and overlapping charts/bars.
