Sample Controls and Dashboards file?

I am looking for some template file (google sheet) that I can replicate with a small database of information. I'm looking for a few of the various dashboard controls that are available on this sample page:

I have zero coding experience and cannot seem to figure out step one.

Two questions:

1. Are there sample sheet files with all the various controls and filters that I can copy?

2. How hard is it to create one if you have zero coding experience?

That's a great idea! I'm looking for someone that I can pay to do this type of work. Let me know if you find anyone to help you.
