Pie chart disappears on dragging the chart area to the bottom in IE 6, IE 8

Google visualization pie chart disappears on dragging the chart area beyond the bottom of the chart area.

I am having this issue in IE versions 6 and 8. In chrome it is working fine.
Please share me the fix for this problem.

If the API you are using to drag-n-drop works like the others I've seen, then the only solution is to redraw the chart when the drag-n-drop is done.

In the link which I provided, there is an example API pie chart, click the white space between chart and the legend, then drag the mouse down to the bottom of the screen that is outside the chart area, now you will find the chart moving to the top of the frame and dissapearing.

Ahh...that is a weird side effect, but nothing to do with the API.  The chart on that page is inside an iframe, but the outer iframe is smaller than its contents.  You should be able to scroll up by clicking in the frame and dragging up above the upper edge.

The chart which I am using also having the same problem, I need to dissable this drag option. Is there any way to dissable it?

This has nothing to do with the Visualization API.  It is how IE handles selecting HTML elements (which is what you are actually doing when you click and drag there).  I don't think there is anything that can be done about it at all.
