hello,
im a tad confused about the url encode. the google api docs said that
to be safe, we should url encode our strings that contains character
not in 0-9a-zA-Z..
My question is shall i encode the entire url or just the parameter
parts (the one's in the query string)?
In my application i am dynamically assigning the src attribute of my
image tag, by this value :
http://chart.apis.google.com/chart?cht=p3&chd=t:116.5002,405.9245,102.0917,27.1625,168.0202,285.2503,228.4928,142.7602,121.857,15.6875,137.6066&chco=4684ee|dc3912|dd4477|336699|d6ae00|cb4ac5|4942cc|666666|008000|c7bf99|ff9900|aaaa11&chs=800x300&chma=200,200&chtt=Breakdown
of capital expenditure for SWRO Antigua%20and%20Barbuda,
2006-2016&chts=000000,14&chl=Design and professional ($116.50 M)|
Equipment and materials ($405.92 M)|Membranes ($102.09 M)|PVs ($27.16
M)|Pumps ($168.02 M)|Civil engineering ($285.25 M)|Piping / High alloy
($228.49 M)|Pretreatment ($142.76 M)|Intake / outfall ($121.86 M)|
Legal and professional ($15.69 M)|Installation and services ($137.61
M)&chds=15.6875,405.9245
You see there are some values here which are not in 0-9a-zA-Z set,
like the $,() and such..
