Using Value From Another Sheet to Set Color of Marker

I have a Google Map of water quality monitoring sites. Each site has a separate Google Sheet containing a tab that contains a value I want to automatically determine the color of the marker. Ideally this would be a fixed cell reference and have 4 colors each based on a range of values. is this possible?
