Url Support

Hi everyone. I'm trying to use google charts on an android app, but I can think of many other reasons this would be useful. I love the new version of google charts, and I'm aware the old url based one has been depreciated since 2012. However, I need url based functionality, which isn't available for the new google charts. Is there any word on if/when this functionality is planned to be available? I've seen this competitor, but the numbers are glitchy, they display a watermark, and are overall worse. If there are no plans of including url functionality how would I go about creating a petition? Thank you.
