Hi 

We have been using chronoscope for quite some time. We are not happy with performance and loading is very slow. Looking at the speed, we are planning to move to highstock charts. any comments?

Chronoscope isn't made by Google - it is a 3rd party tool that uses the Visualization API.  If you have questions about it, you should ask its authors.
