Timeline chart tooltip pop-up does not disappear (sticky) when mouse moves to other bar

Hi;

Tooltip pop up does not disappear from the screen when mouse moves over to other bars along the line on the timeline. The tooltip is sticky on the screen and this gives rise to unpleasant user experience with the timeline chart as the tooltip pop, which is supposed to disappear, hides the bars on the chart when mouse continuously moves on the horizontal time axis. Please advise. Thanks.

The issue happens only when the timeline is adding data / bars....

Any solution for this? When the bars are being added to the timeline and with mouse moving along the bars, the tooltip popups are persistent on the screen so much so that they hide the timeline altogether. The tooltips do not clear up or get hidden even when the mouse leaves the timeline.
