If you are drawing the charts as part of a dashboard, you need to set the height and width options for each chart's ChartWrapper object and call the dashboard's #draw method to redrawn all of the charts.  If you are not using a dashboard, then you have to call each charts' #draw method again, with the new height and width parameters (along with all other options) to get them to resize.
