Is it possible to make a map in district region?

Hello. I'm a college girl in last semester in my study at Math and Natural Sciences Faculty, University of Lampung. My major is Math. Now, I'm studying Rstudio to create a map using my data, but I have something problem, cause I could not understand how to create a province in Indonesia using Googlevis package. I just can make Indonesia only map. And can we make a map until district region? Thank you.
