Bug? Date Axis Showing 12am/12pm.

I am using a column chart and use Date for the horizontal axis. If all the data is in a one month period, then it won't show each individual day under each bar but instead it will show an alternating sequence of 12am/12pm.

If at least one Date is from another month, then it will properly display the date:

The only options I set on the graph are the title and disable the legend.
